Product Description

CleanFreak® 'Ideal High Shine' is a high solids floor finish that provides a brilliant gloss to all types of commercial flooring. It is an excellent options for all maintenance systems, including both low speed buffing and high speed burnishing programs. Dries quickly to a provide a deep high gloss that is extremely durable and long lasting.

Each gallon of this 24 - 25% solids durable floor finish will cover approximately 2,000 to 3,000 square feet. 'Ideal High Shine' is an extremely durable option that retains a nice shiny finish. For removal, please take a look at our high-quality floor stripping chemicals. We recommend a floor buffing solution for general upkeep and polishing in between strip cycles.

Application

  1. Apply to clean floors that have been thoroughly stripped or scrubbed and rinsed. If the floor has been stripped, remove all stripper residue, and rinse.
  2. Use a high-quality pre-rinsed finish mop or applicator device. Do not contaminate mops/applicators with other cleaning, or stripping solutions.
  3. Apply a full even coat.
  4. Allow coating to dry for approximately 30 - 45 minutes. During high heat and high humidity periods, additional drying time between recoating may be necessary.
  5. Apply additional coats for the desired level of protection and appearance. Most floors require a minimum of 4 - 5 coats. Do not apply more than 5 coats in 24 hours.

Maintenance

  1. Dust mop or sweep floors daily.
  2. Use a neutral cleaner for daily damp mopping.
  3. This coating can be maintained using periodic spray buffing, with a low-speed machine, or a polishing program with a high-speed burnisher. Use in combination with a floor buffing solution to prolong the life of your floor finish.
