Monthly Giveaway Rules:
The FloorScrubbers.com Monthly Giveaway is open to all U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase necessary. Participants can enter once each month. Contest prize varies monthly and can only be shipped to a valid address within the contintinental U.S. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook®. Void where prohibited by law.
Entries will be accepted until Midnight CST on the last day of each month.
Giveaway drawing will be held the first week of each month. Winners will be notified by email. No substitutions or transfers of prizes are allowed. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.
The winning entry will be selected in a random drawing. This contest is void wherever restricted or prohibited by federal, state or local laws.
Promotion entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization, which are final on all matters pertaining to contests. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants release and hold harmless, FloorScrubbers.com, and participating businesses and sponsors and any directors, officers or employees of these organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest and/or any prize won.
If for any reason the associated promotion is not capable of running as planned, including disruption by computer virus, unauthorized tampering or any other causes beyond the control of the administrators of the promotion, FloorScrubbers.com reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the contest without notice to the entrants.
