The Powr-Flite 20" floor scrubber with a brush assist drive is the kind of machine crews count on when they’ve got a lot of square footage to cover. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense scrubber that just works. It is solidly build, has simple controls, and an improved run time so you’re not stopping every hour to charge or dump tanks.
We like the 20" disc brush because it’s wide enough to get work done fast, but still fits through doorways and around obstacles. The brush runs at 180 RPM, which gives it plenty of bite to lift embedded dirt, grease, and finish buildup on sealed concrete, VCT, tile, epoxy, or vinyl floors. A 18" pad driver is also included. The brush will flair out and clean a 20" path, but when using a pad, we recommend using a 18" pad so it doesn't run against the splash guard / apron of the machine.
The solution tank holds 14.5 gallons, and the recovery tank takes 6 gallons, which is enough to clean large areas before anyone has to stop and empty the machine. A parabolic squeegee assembly follows behind the scrubber, doing a great job of recovering the dirty solution, even on turns.
This Powr-Flite 20" floor scrubber is powered by 2-12V lead acid batteries that supplies up to 3 hours of scrub time per charge. We’ve run full warehouse aisles and long corridors without worrying about juice. The machine rolls on large rear wheels that make it easier to maneuver up ramps or over uneven spots.
