Introducing the CleanFreak 14" x 20" orbital floor machine - the ultimate solution for all your floor stripping needs (wet or dry). This unit is perfect for any top coat prep where you dry strip or sand down the top layer of finish to recoat. This is interim maintenance to extend the time between complete wet floor strippings. In addition to its stripping capabilities, the CleanFreak oscillating floor machine can also be used for sanding gym floors with the appropriate sand screens.
Featuring a comfortable user experience during operation (the handle has been designed for minimal vibration), this CleanFreak machine is different than the typical 14" x 20" oscillating floor machines you've seen before. The cast iron deck provides ample down pressure to tackle any job. Additional weights can be purchased to increase the overall down pressure being applied to the floor. The 1.5 HP motor is designed to run at lower voltages, making it suitable for use in older buildings with outdated electrical systems.
In addition to its impressive features, the CleanFreak floor machine comes at an unbeatable price. Optional accessories, such as the dust control kit, additional 22-pound weights, and a replacement isolator kit, are also available for purchase. The machine is built to handle two additional weights on the deck but can be modified with longer bolts to hold up to four additional weights.
The CleanFreak 14” x 20” machine comes packaged with 1 red spacer pad to be used with extremely thin pads such as Eco-Prep maroon strip pads.
Very Important: A red spacer pad is recommended for use on this oscillating floor machine. If you attach some of the thinner accessories to the underside of your machine it will damage your floor. The pad driver has many small pins that hold a pad on - without enough padding those pins will score your flooring.

Purchased in June, broken in January
Both front rubber mounts failed on the pad driver. Had to grab a buffer to finish stripping this job. Now we find out how well they stand behind their warranty.

Quality design
This equipment you notice very early quality and workmanship that went into the design. I feel very confident that this machine is ready for any task I decides to take on. Used only on carpet with the 14" x 20" square scrubber the torque it applied through the pad to the floor was very impressive.

works great on cleaning the floor only thing is I needed to purchase the weight for it
Tim C says - "Customers need to know that they can only set the machine down on the grip face when there is a pad attached, or it will damage the grip face. Also, when unloading the machine, you need to make sure to set it down gently. Any drops or jarring of the grip face can easily damage it. Lastly, make sure to only transport it on the wheels, as any heavy bumps could damage the isolators."
Maintenance Tips
Never set the machine down on the grip face without a pad attached.
When transporting, do not allow for any heavy drops on the grip face, as you could damage it, along with the isolators on the machine.
