Product Description
Are you looking for an auto scrubber to fulfill your commercial scrubbing needs? Are you also looking for a scrubber that is simple to use and offers cost-effective performance? Look no farther than the AdvanceSC4500 floor scrubber. This unit comes with a pad driver which will hold 20 inch pads and is large enough to clean offices, warehouses, hospitals, and other facilities with ease. The included battery provides a 140 minute runtime while also providing the freedom to clean as you wish without worry of running over a cord, or having to stop to unplug a cord every time you want to move to a new room.
Intuitive controls make operating the SC450 simple and making training easy. This floor scrubber features a scrub and vacuum modes which can be simply toggled between thanks to two buttons on the control panel. To prevent overflow, A safety feature will automatically shut off the vacuum motor once the tank reaches its max capacity. The machine will also turn off the pad and water when the machine is placed in neutral. The whole machine can also be quickly shut down when a safety switch behind the handle becomes disengaged to protect any users or bystanders during use. This pad-assisted walk behind auto scrubber can be moved along at a brisk 3 MPH pace during operation and will help minimize operator fatigue.
Maintenance has been made easy on this machine thanks to a design that allows for open access to all important components. The 11.9 gallon recovery tank can be removed for inspection and for access to clean the float shut-off. The SC4500 squeegee assembly is a tool less design which allows for blades to be rotated or removed quickly and easily. To meet LEED-EB and GS-42 standards, this Advance machine runs at only 68 dB, allowing for daytime cleaning in noise-sensitive spaces. Green cleaning standards are also met thanks to the solution control capabilities, which minimizes the amount of water and detergent needed for clean your floor.
