This Pacific Floorcare S-28 orbital auto scrubber is ideal for cleaning medium rooms & halls and is built with a .5 hp variable speed traction drive system that allows you to dial in the speed at which you operate the machine. The rectangular shape of the head makes it a great machine for stripping/cleaning right up against walls and corners, while the oscillating spins at 2200 RPMs to provide efficient scrubbing and stripping. Thanks to the orbital technology, this unit is capable of chemical-free stripping, which allows you to have a positive impact on the environment by eliminating the need to use toxic stripping chemicals. At 65 dBA, the S-28 is very quiet, which provides the operator the option of cleaning at any time during the day or night without disturbing the occupants of the facility. Designed to handle the toughest cleaning and backed by a tremendous warranty, the S-28 will be one of the best cleaning investments you can make.

Very Important: A red spacer padis recommended for use on this oscillating floor machine. If you attach some of the thinner accessories to the underside of your machine it will damage your floor. The pad driver has many small pins that hold a pad on - without enough padding those pins will score your flooring.
