This 20" orange medium-duty floor scrubber replacement brush is designed for reliable daily cleaning with the Powr-Flite PS460 floor scrubber. Made with durable polypropylene (PPL) bristles, it provides effective agitation to remove dirt and grime from hard floor surfaces such as tile, concrete, vinyl, and sealed floors without damaging finishes.

The 20-inch brush size delivers wide cleaning coverage, making it ideal for commercial environments that require consistent performance and long brush life.


Installing Your Brush

  1. Ensure the clutch plate is aligned with the driver motor coupling.
  2. Press the brush plate motor button and the plate will be installed automatically with the rotation of the motor.
  3. For inexperienced users, the brush plate can also be installed manually by tilting the machine back, positioning the brush, and twist/locking it into place.
