Our experience with this unit was ok at the beginning. We have been running the unit since August 2019, until December 2020. We only used the unit at max, an hour every other day. So not intense usage. We also used the white pads in order to reduce friction. The unit has had multiple repairs by the warranty company. After two repairs in which the warranty company charged us almost 1?3 the value of the unit in repairs, it still doesn't operate. There are serious design flaws in the unit. The biggest issue currently is that run time is limited to max 20 minutes of operation, and it will require another full charge. The unit doesn't suck any water or material into the reservoir, it just smears it around. I explained the issues to two repair technicians, they refused to take the unit with them to repair, they want to repair it there and leave before you operate it. The unit is terrible, the warranty is worthless, and actually a bit of a scam. You will be charge significant trip ? fuel charges on each time that they come to look at it. I took the batteries to an autoparts store to get tested, the batteries are fine. This is some other kid of issue and the techs seem unwilling to repair. One of the techs said that a nursing home was using the same unit and had the same two problems that we incurred. The plastic hose in the tank, is a design flaw, its not supported sufficiently, it will break, its just a mater of time. Gravity will cause it to break. In automotive, this would be a recall, they would correct their mistakes. On this unit, no, you will be on the hook for the repairs and design flaws. Avoid this unit.
