CleanFreak® Reliable 18E Electric Automatic Floor Scrubber w/ 30' Power Cord (18" Head) - 8 Gallons

Used to clean a hard semi rough surface. Does very good at cleaning and picking up dirt from the floors pits and rough surface.

I use this in convenience stores and its great. You have to be mindful of the cord, but as far as getting into small spaces goes, its great.

This is great for smaller areas - you need access to outlets, but turns in tight spaces & is easy to manage.

I use the reliable 18e for scrubning hard floor surfaces. The design is great for size but mechanically it was very disappointing. The brush motor stopped operating immediately just after 90 days. I literally had the unit 4 months and had used it on about 4 jobs totaling about 6,000 sqft. I was basically told that I could not get any help other than than the info for a repair location. The location given was 2-3 hrs away. As a small business owner it is important that I have quality low maintenance equipment to provide the service my customrrs expect. Again, I am disappointed in the not only the equipment warranty, but also the workmanship of machine parts.
