Trusted Clean 'Dura 18HD' Electric Auto Floor Scrubber w/ 82' Power Cord & Brush (18" Head) - 9 Gallons

It has been a breeze to clean. Have been using for a few weeks. I have been mopping the gym for 7 years and should have purchased a scrubber sooner! Life is easier. Easy to use, easy to maneuver and store. So many companies to review but Clean Freak customer service was 'freaky' fast and was positive and answered all my questions. THANK YOU.

This is a great little machine! Simple to operate runs great picks up wonderful I will be purchasing a few more of these!

Durable and reliable.

We have a 2100 square foot CrossFit gym with rubber flooring. We worked with customer service to get this machine with the correct components. Straight out of the box this machine was ready to use, easy to use and amazing to clean. It used to take 90 minutes to clean the floors and now take 20 mins. The 8 gallon tank will complete 6 cleaning before having to refill. The gray tank empties so easily. The only thing we wish is that we bought this a year ago.

Used it to clean indoor rec court, similar to tennis. Easy to operate and clean.

This was literally the first scrubber i have ever handled. just scored a janitorial gig and wanted to bring in some industrial gear as opposed to the mop?bucket.
i was able to cover a large amount of halls and work rooms with 1 tank of cleaning solution. I totally forgot to read the owners manual but it was pretty easy to assemble and get up and going. the assembly was super simple, i just need more aggressive brushes for the job scope that i am working with. weighs about 150 lbs. when empty so its easy enough for 2 guys to manhandle it up a flight of stairs. only 2 switches, and a grab handle, pretty simple but did an better than average clean on the floors. not too bad for strait out the crate. the scrubber didn't leave any water streaks around corners or when i did a 180 in the hallway. i may end up ordering another just to have one in the front of the house and one in the back of the house.
IMO $ for $, totally worth it!

The machine keeps falling apart, but I was treated so rudely by the customer service personnel, WE WANT A REFUND!
WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! If you care about customer service, value, and trust -- these are not the people you want to purchase from! Just give me my money back...!

Works great! The cord can be challenging to manuver . We haul to several locations and the weight difference from a cordless to one with a cord makes it worth the challenge. After a few uses you can work the cord . Great job on syained cement floor as well as ceramic tile. Moves easily with even one finger.

Use in house have terrazzo floors. Quick easy to use. Have to get used to electrical cord

I use it in a gym setting with rubber floors. Ive used it a couple handful of times now and I cant believe how much it picks up. The mop I used to use did an awful job compared to this!

Works great we are buying a second one

Best $1500.00 ever spent! A child could operate as it's just that easy to use.

We added this scrubber to several of the previous model we own. We use them for commercial cleaning purposes, primarily in post construction cleaning. Though this model has many nice upgrades over the older models, we prefer the older scrubbers. First, the squeegee on the older model drys the floor much better. The brush on the older model propels the machine better and the smaller door in the recovery tank is a much better design. The improvements on the new scrubber are very welcomed but over all the design was two steps forward and one step back. What I would like to see is the older design and body style with the new improvements added.

I've worked with various scrubbers for many years, and have always had a hard time with the corded varieties. This is the FIRST corded scrubber I've enjoyed using. Cord management is a breeze. I love the way you put on and remove the brush driver, and how widely the squeegee will swivel to help you in tight turn situations. The floor is bone dry after just passing over it, and it was able to clean a filthy warehouse in one go. Everything about this scrubber is well built and easy to learn. I'm glad it's the first one I bought for myself. A worthwhile investment for my new business!

Use of this scrubber was intended for rubber gym floors. It started smoking on the VERY FIRST use. CleanFreak replaced the motor at no cost to me which was nice. Then with the new motor and a softer brush on it continued to shut off without cause.

Really wish it did work but its just not a good machine. A very generic scrubber put together with an overall lack of quality. If you want to save yourself time and money do not purchase this machine.

Was able to return the scrubber without a hassle, but still ended up costing us a couple hundred to ship the scrubber from the original price.

I recently bought this new Dura 18 from Cleanfreak and it is an amazing upgrade to any electric scrubber I have ever used. Hats off to Cleanfreak for setting the bar high again.
